Rhodiola Rosea is a plant in the Crassulaceae family that grows in cold climates and altitudes (arctic mountains of Central Asia and Europe). The roots of Rhodiola Rosea give an extract which has the ability to stimulate so significant lipolysis (destruction of fat or body fat).
